- Workspace Assistant: An AI that works directly in your folders. Add a project folder, ask in plain words, and it finds, copies, moves, renames and creates files and folders for you. It always shows you the plan first, nothing changes until you approve it, and every change can be undone.
- Turn It Into an Automation: After the assistant does a job once, save it as an automation and run it on your next project. It recognizes the right files by what they are, not just by their names.
- Project Status: See where every project stands based on what's actually in its folder.
- Board View: every project placed in its current stage.
- Evidence Flow: see exactly which files prove each stage, and what's still missing.
- Timeline: see when each stage happened and which projects have stalled.
- Describe your own stages in plain words, or start from a template. Works for any kind of work.
All three live in the Visualizer's left bar.
🛠️ Fixes:
- Sign-in is now remembered correctly. Previously the app could forget your sign-in, show "Not Signed In" while you were signed in, and ask you to sign in again after restarting.

Hotfix: Subscription Sync & Account Reliability
Bug Fixes
- Subscription Status Display: Fixed an issue where the app failed to read your plan correctly from your account, causing the plan badge, expiry date, and upgrade prompt to show incorrect information regardless of whether you were on Free, Pro, or Team.
- Premium Feature Access: Premium templates and "Save as Template" now correctly recognize Pro and Team subscriptions. Previously these checks did not resolve properly against account data.
- Print to AI Limits: Monthly usage limits for the Print to AI handoff feature now apply correctly to the right plan tier.
Under the Hood
- Account Verification Reliability: AI generation, chat, and structure analysis now fail cleanly with a clear error if your account can't be verified (for example, if you're offline or the service is unreachable) instead of proceeding in an unverified state.
- Corrected the internal account data model to match the format returned by the FolderCopilot API.

Hotfix: Native Scrollbar Component
Bug Fixes
- Scrollbar UI Consistency: Replaced the standard CSS scrolling in the Project Dashboard with the native
<ScrollArea>UI component to match the styling and behavior of the rest of the application. The scrollbar is now fully visible and functional for users with large project lists.
